The LodgeThere are other lodges scattered throughout the Bristol Bay area, none that offer the intimate, personal, and quality experience found at Intricate Bay Lodge. Intricate Bay lodge is very different from the larger, commercial lodges in that it is a small, personable operation. A visit to the lodge feels as much like a stay at a good friends log cabin retreat as it does a stay at a professional fishing operation. Because IBL is small and personable, you will enjoy an unrivaled standard of personal service and attention throughout the duration of your trip. All the amenities you’d expect in a fine hotel are here. The lodge features spacious bedrooms with wall-to-wall carpeting and private baths. The lodge has 24-hour electricity through the technologies of an eco-friendly inverter system. This systems reduces the use of generators creating less emissions and producing a quieter atmosphere for the guests. Solar panels to be installed in 2012. In the comfortable dining room you will enjoy delicious meals prepared to perfection by the full time, professional chef. Each evening you will enjoy hot hors d’oeuvres in the spacious common room relaxing in the comfortable furniture while the fireplace warms the room. Rates & PackagesSeason Rates The 2012 season rates for our fishing lodge in Alaska are $6,500 per person per week, significant group discounts are available for groups of 4 and 8 or more. The package includes all meals, lodging, flies, transportation between Lake Iliamna and the Lodge, and 6 fully guided days of fishing from Intricate Bay Lodge (weather permitting). The package does not include transportation to Lake Iliamna from Anchorage, personal gear, rods, reels, liquor, King Salmon stamps (if appropriate), fishing license, or gratuities. We recommend bringing personal fishing gear rods and reels but we also have equipment on site . Deposits and Payment Policy A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm and hold space. We will provisionally hold space for 14 days from the date of booking until deposits are received. Thereafter, we reserve the right to cancel bookings that are not confirmed by deposit. Deposits and other payments are not refundable after January 1st , Guests may transfer deposits or other payments to another person using the same space of the fishing week booked. A final payment of 50% is due 90 days prior to your arrival at our fishing lodge in Alaska. We…
