First, the hearty aroma of a tasty breakfast levitates you from your comfortable bed. Then, after you devour breakfast and fish your brains out all morning on the river, we warm your insides with a hot shore lunch. If you should catch too many fish in the afternoon, don’t worry: calories spent landing six-pound rainbows will be replenished when you return to the lodge for beverages, hors d’oeuvres, and a mouth-watering dinner.
Our chef’s philosophy is simple: ingredients of superior quality carry the meal better than heavy sauces. To that end, weekly menus include the finest Alaskan king crab, filet mignon, prime rib, Alaskan shrimp, Alaskan halibut, chicken and baby back ribs. The meals are well balanced, so you needn’t feel guilty when you devour the homemade breads, delicious pastries and gourmet delights served with each lodge meal.
